Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II ESA for this property was part of a larger Phase 2 that included the Harrison Avenue Building and the Barton Motor Car Sales lot. Additional Phase 2 Assessment of this parcel only was conducted under NVDA's Petroleum Assessment Cooperative Agreement. This Additional Phase 2 did not include the Harrison Avenue Building or the Barton Motor Car Sales Lot. An appraisal of the property was conducted in the spring of 2011, in anticipation of property sale. NVDA leveraged 3500 in Feasibility funding from the Vermont Housing & Conservation Board to fund this appraisal.

Former Use: Site hosts a Auto Sales/Service Center and a Gas Station that is no longer in operation. There is also a single-family home on the rear of the property off of a side street. The property has had this use since 1975. The single-family home may be older than that.
