Additional Property Attributes

The City of Sedalia plans to acquire the site for a proposed community center pool, recreation space, meeting rooms. There is strong public support for the redevelopment of the property.

Former Use: Three parcels was used for various commercial and industrial uses-railyard, lumber year, fuel distribution facility. Vacant grassy land with some concrete pads.
