Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The majority of the site lays vacant. Currently there are not structures on the site, with the exception of a small storage shed located at the northwestern edge of the property. The property is a paved surface currently being used for vehicle parking. There are no visual signs of contamination, but there is evidence of old rail lines along the western portion of the Site. HSP properties currently owns the site. Manufacturing activities occurred around the Site but not on the Site itself. Current activities surrounding the site include commercial businesses to eact and west, public park land to the norther and southwest, and residential condominiums to the southeast.
