Former Use: Located on the Pinoleville Rancheria, the property consists of two parcels equalling approximately 10 acres. The property is currently used as an administrative, educational, and storage facilty by the tribal government. A storage facility is also present at the property. The surrounding or adjoining property include an auto repair shop, with Ackerman Creek beyond, and undeveloped land and residential properites.
