Former Use: The 0.45 acre parcel contains a vacant 2,000 sq. ft building. Site history includes industrial usages from 1920-2001. Prior to 1920, site was used as a cemetery. From 1920-1958 the site was used by Niagara Sprayer for the manufacture of sulfur based pesticides. Norco Machinery and Sheet Metal Co. utilized the site from 1958-2001 for the manufacture of specialty steel products. The property owner is delinquent on payment of real property taxes.
