Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 2.56 acre property was formerly used to store tractor trailers and equipment for the adjacent Dunn and Schoolcraft transportation property. The property is bordered to the north and east by the FMC Corporation. The Phase I ESA was initiated because the property was tax delinquent and there was a perception of contamination. After initiating the Phase I ESA, the property owner paid all of the back taxes and privately addressed any environmental concerns. The Phase I ESA was no longer deemed necessary by the property owner and the Town of Royalton.
