Additional Property Attributes

The property is owned by the City of Minco and leased to Linked Manufacturing Solutions, a packaging company. The UST was removed 9-11-97. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, LBP, lead dust, and lead contaminated soil cleanup.

Former Use: The site is located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec. 28, Township 10N, and Range 7W,Grady County, Minco, OK. The Armory was built in 1936 to house members of the Oklahoma National Guard. West Potontoc street runs east and west in front of the Armory. NW4th street borders the property to the east and North 4th street borders the site to the west.Prior to statehood and thereafter until 1920, El Meta Bond College was located on the site and adjacent property.In 1936, the WPA constructed the Armory building on the site.
