Additional Property Attributes

The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The building is being reused by Benson's Refurbishing and O-K Bit, a oil field drill bit supply that ships worldwide. Firing range and offices being used to store drill bits.

Former Use: The site is located in Section 33, T26N, R1W, Kay County, OK.The Tonkawa Armory was built in 1954.The site consists of the former Armory building and a fenced off vehicle maintenance area at the southwest corner of the site.The former armory is being used as offices by an energy company.
