Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site has been in agricultural use since the 1930's. At the time the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was completed in 2009, Chief Farms was a single parcel with one owner. Since that time, the original 38.25 acre parcel has been divided into ten separate parcels. Three of these parcels still have ties to the original owner. The other seven have been sold to various private individuals and businesses. The majority of the parcels remain undeveloped and/or serve as agricultural land. New development in the form of a storage building with concrete slab and an outbuilding has occurred on two of the parcels.
