Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is comprised of twelve tax lots located within the Clackamas Industrial Area. The site is located within the southeast and southwest quarters of the northeast quarter SE-NE and SW-NE and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter NE-SE of Section 15, Township 2 South, Range 2 East, Willamette Meridian, Clackamas County U.S. Geological Survey, 1961. The site is bordered to the north by industrial properties, to the south by the Clackamas River, to the east by industrial properties, and to the west by a former sand and gravel pit. Based on similar land use types, the site has been divided into: �Northern Properties�, �Clackamas Compost Products Properties�, and �Former Clackamas Sand & Gravel Pit Properties�.
