Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identified the site within Phase 3A of its redevelopment efforts. Specifically, the site is highlighted for future mixed-use development. A multi-purpose trail will connect the residential/office space to downtown Marion. As such, the pedestrian-oriented area will be a place where individuals can work, live, shop, and play. This property is planned for office space.

Former Use: Property originally contained a residential home and hotel from approximately 1905-1926. Property also contained various at-home business from approximately 1965 to 1990. The property had an automotive repair shop in 2000. Currently the property contains a one-and-a-half story single-family home and a commercial mini-storage structure.
