Yes. EPCRA lists have evolved since the statute was passed in 1986. As more information has become available on the hazards and toxicity of chemicals, EPA has responded by identifying chemicals to be added to or taken off the EPCRA lists; EPA expects to continue this activity. When chemicals are added to or taken off the EPCRA lists, EPA always publishes a notice in the Federal Register.
