Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property was historically used as a pottery manufacturing facility prior to 1980 when property was sold to Hanz Deitz and later Rock Springs Enterprises after Mr. Deitz/ death. USEPA Removal Action was completed to address lead pottery waste and contaminated soil. Brooke-Hancock Business Development Corp purchased the property in July 2011 to complete site assesment/remediation and faciliate future development. Cost recovery consent decree issued to previous owner Rock Springs Enterprises is currenly being resolved.
